Voicemail
Each user may have a
personal mailbox, allowing them to receive important messages even when
they are away from their phone. Users may have multiple greetings based on
their status, as well as have the voicemail messages forwarded to their
email account as a sound file attachment. Group messaging and message
notification are also convenient features.
Auto Attendant - Digital Receptionist
Have your calls answered by a custom greeting and menu, giving you
all the benefits of a full time receptionist without the yearly salary
expense. There are no limit on the numbers of menus, allowing one system
to be shared between multiple businesses.
Call Transferring
Calls may seamlessly be transferred between internal phone system
extensions or external phone numbers.
Voicemail to Email - Unified Messaging
Users have the ability to receive voicemail as email, as well as
the ability to receive inbound faxes as email. This combines the three
common forms of messaging into one, providing an easier more organized way
for users to receive and organize important messages. Whether it's an
email, fax, or voicemail your messages are never inaccessible!
Call Detail Recording
The web based Call Detail Recording (CDR) interface allows for easy access
to important call information. All information regarding both inbound and
outbound calls are stored in a database. Users may access their personal
CDR entries while system administrators have access to all CDR entries.
This built in application is usually an expensive add-on for most PBX's.
Conference Bridge
The built-in conference bridge allows multiple callers to participate in
one call. The number of participants is limited only by your number of
phones and phone lines. Multiple conference rooms may be configured with
options like password protection, and designated conference leaders.
Find Me Follow Me
With today's mobile lifestyle it's nice to have a way for customers to
reach you where ever you may be. The Find Me Follow Me feature allows a
call to ring to any given number of phones simultaneously or in hunting
order. For example, a call comes into your office while your at the beach,
the call could ring your desk phone for ten seconds, then ring your cell!

can simply plug a phone into their home network and have an extension as
